Jiangsu Provincial Government has set up the Jasmine Jiangsu Government Scholarship for international students in order to promote the development of higher education of International students in Jiangsu.

In accordance with the scholarship review measures of Jiangsu Provincial government and Jiangsu University, the annual review of Jasmine Jiangsu Government Scholarship （hereafter referred to as “Jasmine Scholarship ”）has begun in order to maximize the functions of Jasmine Scholarship, regularize scholarship sponsored students’ behaviors, and stimulate them to study and all-around development.

1. Review Targets

All current Jasmine Scholarship sponsored students who are scheduled to continue study in Jiangsu University in the current academic year.

2. Criteria

(1) Academic Performance

Undergraduate: Results of the exams and assessments in the academic year of 2015-2016.

Postgraduate：Publication of academic papers and research progress.

(2) Behaviors

Compliance with the laws and regulations of PRC and rules and disciplines of Jiangsu University. Active involvement in the social service and practical activities organized by Jiangsu University and colleges.

(3) Awards and punishments.

3. Required Documents

(1) Form for Annual Review of Jiangsu Jasmine Government Scholarship Status.

(2) Undergraduate: transcripts for academic year of 2016-2017.

Postgraduate: Evidence for the published papers and research progress.

(3) Reference from class teacher.

4. Review Procedures

(1) Jasmine Scholarship sponsored students shall submit required documents to Overseas Education College Students' Affair Office before Sep.30th.

(2) The result of annual review will be worked out by Overseas Education College and submitted the International Student Scholarship Review Committee of Jiangsu University before Oct.10th.

(3) Review result will be publicized before Oct.15th.

5. Results

Review results has two categories including “qualified”and “disqualified’. The scholarship of the “disqualified” students will be terminated.
