Summer vacation is coming soon, notice about the summer vacation is as follows:

1. Time for the vacation:

The vacation is from July 1 to September 1, September 2 and 3 will be the registration days. September 4 will be the first day of new academic semester,  please prepare the return trip schedule before the new semester.

2. Visa Extension During 2017 Summer Vacation

Date:  Aug. 7 - 8,  14:00 - 16:00

          Aug. 29 - 30,  14:00 - 16:00

Please check your visa expiry date, choose a right time and come to OEC Student Affairs Office to renew it at least one week ahead of the expiry date.

Attention:

If it is the first time for you to renew visa at OEC, please bring a copy your Physical Examination report (light green).

If your old JW202 form will expire during summer vacation, please fill the Application Form for New JW202 (download from our website) and get new JW202 from OEC Admission Office before your visa renewal.

3. Psychological Counseling Service DuringSummer Vacation   

The Overseas Education College's Psychological Counseling Service will be provided  in the following days during 2017summer vacation:

Date: Jul. 20 - Aug. 5, Aug. 20 - Sept. 1

4. Student Safety Precautions During Summer Vacation

a. Pay attention to your safety and always mind your personal belongings with you.

b. Safety Management Regulations to be Consciously Observed by Students in the Dormitory. Please pay attention to the usage of fire and electricity, return to the dormitory on time in the evening.

Dormitory closing time:   Sun. - Thurs. : 23:00    Fri. - Sat.: 24:00
