For the sake of convenient transportation, many students buy and ride E-bikes on and off-campus, and charge in G6 Basement. But with the increasing number of electric vehicles, the existing charging interface can't meet the demand of all students, so that many students use extension boxes and even tamper the sockets without any permission, which is extremely dangerous. There are many fire accidents and many other accidents caused by E-bike charging, which is a growing threat to the safety of students’ life and property. In this context, Jiangsu University informed OEC and OA about a decision that the E-bike charging service in G6 basement shall be stopped from 3^rd July, 2017.
