1. Students who have single room now must combine with each other. OEC students’ affairs office will provide room changing service every Wednesday during vacation.

a. Namelist of single room students is posted on the notice board of all overseas apartments. Students can look for new roommate from the list.

b. Students who could complete all changing procedures before September 6 will receive CNY 50 as relocation fee.

2. Students who cannot find roommate by themselves before Sep 6, 2017 will be randomly arranged by OEC. Students must prepare for the new roommate.

a. Clean the dormitory in advance; tidy up personal belongings; keep a bed, cabinet and all other facilities for new roommate.

b. Roommates will be allocated according to availability and any reasons to change the roommate will not be accepted.

c. If new student cannot accommodate due to personal reasons of who was living here, Overseas Apartments will give punishments as cutting off the electricity and others.

3. Due to co-ordination of management needs, C-9 will serve as female dormitory, male students who are living in C-9 currently should move to C-7 before September 6, or complete the off-campus living application procedures.
