What happens at the event?Meet the diplomats from embassy/consulate of your countries. You can discuss issues, problems and events with the diplomants and learn from their suggestions and experiences.

How to Invite your Diplomats?

· Contact your embassy/consulate and ask them if they interested in attending the event.

· If Yes, download the "invitation template" at the bottom of the page.

· Get the formal inviation prepared and submit (soft copy) to OEC student Affairs.

· OEC will post the invitation for you.

· OEC will arrange their reception and itinerary during their visit to JSU.

· Meet the Diplomats

Please Note:The invitations should be sent well ahead of time due to the protocals and lots of arrangements to be made. If you are interested in inviting your diplomats please begin the procedure as soon as possible.
