Regulations of Overseas Students’ Late Return and Late Out

In order to strengthen the students' safety management at night, regulations of late return/late out are to be enforced. According to the specific regulations of OEC and overseas apartments, the following regulations are made:

1. Students are prohibited from going out after the dormitory door is locked. The lock-time is 11pm from Sunday to Thursday, 12pm for every Friday and Saturday.

2. If a special situation requiring exceptional permit for students to go out after lock-time, students should sign theLateOut Commitment and register their accurate information with campus card or passport.

3. Refusing to register their information or writing down false information intentionally will be punished.

4. Punishment will be given to those students who commit late return/late out cumulatively three times a month. Receiving punishmentsthree times in one semester deprives students’ right to apply for any scholarships.

5. Students need to hold theLate Return Card and register their information accordingly. Registered late return will not be counted as late return record.Late Return Card is limited to self-use, no lending or borrowing allowed. You will directly receive a punishment if you are not using your ownLate Return Cardor using a fake one.

6. Students should apply forLate Return Card by themselves and fill theLate Out Application. Obtain theLate Return Card in students’ affairs office (213 OEC) after your application is signed by the supervisor and class teacher.
