Dance to Fitness Club by JEWELS

A woman cannot “slay” without being healthy. The everyday choices we make can help us live healthier, happier, and more fulfilled —at school, work and at home. That is why Jewels Association is bringing to you the Dance-To-Fitness Club, a compre-hensive wellness program designed to improve your health, well-being and productivity.

“Dance-to-Fitness” promotes a healthy lifestyle, sisterhood and fitness. We are giving a fun and motivating workout with familiar music and dance moves that can lead to an ultimate weight loss or weight maintenance for those who want to keep fit. This includes group fitness, Zumba, afro-beat , hip-hop dance workouts and personal training.

REASONS:

-students often feel lazy to workout as individuals but working in groups can lead to moti-vation and greater participation.

-eating unhealthy food from food stands could have harmful effects for us in the future

-use of e-bikes and buses can lead to extreme laziness and the ladies end up having less physical activity.

-most ladies do not have extra curricular activities hence they are always in their rooms after classes, e.g sleeping late and waking up late.

-some ladies do not have the right tools to start exercising but are interested in being fit.

SOLUTION:

-We are offering a 5 day dance to fitness program (Monday-Friday).

-we have created group workouts that are fun and entertaining.

-we are also giving guidance on nutritional diet.

Participation is completely voluntary, YOU choose the training program that best suits your needs. Join and let us help you get in formation.
