Dear spring in-take students,

The second semester of the 2016-2017 Academic Year will start on February 20th 2017. February 18th to February 19th are the last days for arrival, upon arrival you are required to pay your tuition fee, insurance fee and accommodation.

List of fees to be paid by spring intake students

Payment Instruction:

(Tuition and Insurance)

1.     Place of payment: JSU Finance Department (near Z building)

2.     Deadline of payment: March 3rd2017.

3.     JSU Finance Department officer: Ms. Wang (working time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00am – 11:30am, 1:30pm – 5:00pm)

4.     Way of payment: pay with Chinese bank card only

(Accommodation)

1.     Place of payment: Overseas Apartment (G6)

2.     Deadline of payment: March 3rd 2017.

3.     G6 officer: Ms. Chen (working time: 8:00am – 11:30am, 1:30pm – 5:00pm)

4.     Way of payment: pay with Chinese bank card only

Attention：

    According to Student Manual Book, if tuitions fees are not paid off within 10 workdays after enrolment, 5% overdue fine of the tuition fee of the year must be paid. By March 3rd2017, all those who fail to pay their fees would be fined 5% overdue charge by JSU Finance Department. Students who do not pay for the tuition fee in two months after enrolment would be seen as automatic expulsion or dropping out.

    If some circumstances beyond control or temporary changes cause the delay of the payment, students are required or supposed to explain the situation to OEC teachers at the beginning of the semester with written application. After submitting relevant proofs, students are allowed to delay captured tuition fees.
