Dear students,

After receiving compaints from OEC students of G6 apartments about increasing number of e-bikes, adding to Chinese students charging e-bikes in the basement, the OA management is ready to take actions to avoid non-residents of OA to charge bikes at OA. However, it is difficult to identify e-bikes owned by overseas students. To further manage the issue, all overseas students' bikes should be registered at OEC and receive a yellow "registration plate". From Jan. 1st, 2017 all e-bikes without OEC registration plates cannot charge e-bikes in G6 basement and campus security will lock the bikes. Please pass on the information.

Documents required for e-bike registration:

(1) The receipt/invoice (any proof of purchase in case of 2nd hand bikes)

(2) Product Qualification Certificate

(3) E-bike Number registered in police station

(5) Campus Card

(6) Passport

(7) The brand

(8) Series Numner
