Students who are going to graduate this June should finish the Leaving Form before June 22^nd. The Check-out Form must be submitted by students before July 16^thand check-out the room. OEC will check the room and clear all personal belongings from July 17^th . Students who do not check-out on time shall take all responsibilities by themselves.
