Dear International Students,The 2024-2025 Academic Year Opening Ceremony is set to take place on 25th September, 2024 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Academic Auditorium (小礼堂) beside the JSU museum. This prestigious event will be attended by the University leaders and other prominent officials.Please take note of the following details:

1. Dress Code: Formal

2. Arrival Time: All students are to be seated by 8:30 am 

3. Participants:

a. All 2024 autumn enrolled international students including Pre-U, CCN, undergraduates, postgraduates, and exchange students.

b. Students who have no classes scheduled during the ceremony period and were enrolled in the university in 2020 or later are also welcome to attend.

4. Scholarship Certificates Arrangements:The Overseas Education College will select a group of students to serve as representatives during the ceremony. These students will have the honor of collecting scholarship certificates on stage. All selected representatives are required to attend a rehearsal at the academic auditorium (小礼堂) on 24th September, at 9:00 am to ensure the smooth execution of the ceremony.
