To MBBS students who plan to write graduation exam in September 2024,

Application procedures are as follows,

1. For students who are not in China，

Scan and send ① the PDF copy of Application Form for Graduation Examinations, ② the PDF copy of internship certificate(s), ③ the PDF copy of internship log book in one Zip file to yxygjb@ujs.edu.cn from August 29 to September 2 (Beijing Time). The applicants should indicate “Graduation+Batch + I.D. number”in the subject line of the email and attachments, i.e. the format of “Graduation+2018+51118001xx”. Do not send the email repeatedly and do not send the email for other students.

2. For students who are doing internship in China，

Please submit the hard copy of the Application Form for Graduation Examinations, the internship log book and the internship certificate(s) together to the International Education Office (Room 306B, 1^st building, School of Medicine), only between 09:00 and 11:00 September 3 (Beijing Time). (On-site review, if necessary. Please get prepared to respond and do not leave until feedback is received. The separate materials are not accepted.) Do not send the email, submit the hard copy only.

Attention: Please make sure that the internship log book and the internship certificate(s) are ready to submit. (It is important because the student’s ID number is on the cover of the internship log book; internship country and period are necessary. Please clearly describe the different stages of the internship in the case of a mixed internship, and applicants are responsible for their statements.)

3. Announce the list of qualified students around September 4.

4. Pay Graduation Exam and Internship Assessment fees before September 6 (Students who have done internship outside China only).

5. Offline exams around September 7.
