As the semester draws to a close, exam season has arrived. In order to create a good exam atmosphere and help students clarify the relevant precautions in the exam process and exam management regulations, OEC Teaching Affairs Office releases the following reminders. Please read carefully and abide by the relevant regulations.

1. Bring ID cards or other valid certificates to attend the exam.

2. Enter the examination room five minutes earlier before the exam. Those who are late for more than fifteen minutes after the start of the exam, will not be allowed to take the exam, which will also be deemed as absence from the exam and can’t take the make-up test.3. Sit in the designated seats and place ID cards on the left top corner of the desk.4. Except for the necessary stationery, other articles must be placed in the designated area .5. Mobile phones and other communication tools must be switched off and placed in the designated area.6. The exam should be completed within the stipulated time. Misbehaviors such as smuggling notes into the exam hall, peeping, passing on slips of test paper, exchanging test papers, using secret signals and surrogate exam-taking, etc. are strictly forbidden.7. Those who break aforementioned examination rules, will be punished according to Jiangsu University Examination Implementation Details for Overseas Students.
