Alumni who have already applied for the e-card, please follow the following steps to activate the card on the second day after receiving the approved SMS. If the card is unsuccessful, please apply for a new card according to the instructions at the end of the article.

Steps to activate the alumni e-card

1. Follow the Official JSU Alumni Association WeChat account and click on "Alumni service" - "My Alumni Card"

2. Click on “My” menu at the lower right corner

3. On the "My" page click "Please Log in"

4. Select "More log-in options" in the lower left corner.

5. Select "Alumni ID Login."

6. Please input your username and password in the designated fields provided on this webpage.

Your username is your identity card number, while your password consists of the last six digits of your identity card number (excluding letters if present). Once entered, click on the "Login" button to complete the verification process. In case of an error message stating "username or password is incorrect," it may indicate that your alumni card has not been issued or you have not yet applied for it. If you have already applied, kindly wait for two days for processing. If the issue persists after this period, contact the one card center at 0511-88780342 during office hours for further assistance. If you have not yet applied for the alumni card, please refer to the end of the document for the application procedure.

7. When you use it in the canteen after entering the school, open the WeChat "service" → "payment and receipt."

8. Display the WeChat payment code on the canteen machine, and please be aware that the deducted amount will be taken from your WeChat account or the linked bank card.

The Alumni card serves as a special souvenir for alumni and represents their identity. This electronic card is free of charge, remains valid for two (2) years, and can be self-activated upon expiration. It is strictly for personal use and should not be given to others. If found to be used by others, the card will become invalid.

• The school will review new alumni card applications every Thursday afternoon, excluding winter and summer holidays. It is crucial to provide complete information to prevent card approval issues due to identity verification problems. Access the application link provided below:
