Dear students,

For the convenience of students who haven’t returned to campus or unable to check-out from the campus dormitory, Jiangsu University have allocated a lot of space since 2020 to store luggage and other belongings for free of charge. However, after repeated notices, many students did not collect or authorize friends to remove these items. This resulted in overwhelming usage of campus resources that could actually accommodate those who need rooms to stay and facilitate a comfortable campus life. In the light of these requests from students, we hereby issue this is notice to deal with the uncollected belongings from campus store rooms. All students are requested to collect their items from the store rooms before 27^th March, 2024 after which, the remaining uncollected and unattended stuff will be dealt according to the university’s dormitory regulations. In such case, please note that students shall take their own responsibility for any losses occurred.

Students can collect their belongings by authorizing a friend or country mate. We request all students to understand the need of other students and cooperate accordingly.
