To the students it may concern，

Registration for General Knowledge Selective Courses of 2023-2024-2 semester will be carried out from February 24^th, 2024 to March 17^th, 2024. Due attention should be paid to the following points:

Firstly, only General Knowledge Selective Courses are within the coverage of above-mentioned course-selecting. The rest of the courses do not fall within the scope of this notice. Courses that students have already got the credits are not allowed to be selected once again. Please be noted that once chosen, selective courses cannot be modified anymore. So please take a second thought before making final decisions. Anyone who fails to register within the prescribed time will be deemed as an automatic waiver. Every student must obtain the required credits of General Knowledge for the education arrangement before graduation (at least 4 credits), which is to be explained by the academic colleges. Each student can only choose 2 courses each semester.

Secondly, participants of the course-selecting are confined to all English-taught undergraduates, including batch 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Thirdly, selective courses shall be registered from February 24^th, 2024 to March 17^th, 2024.

Fourthly, to ensure the efficiency of course selection, please access the OEC website--Undergraduates’ Academic System through campus network if possible.

Lastly, the detailed information of the available General Knowledge Selective Courses will be released in the following attachment.

Note:

1. The final score will cover the attendance performance. Those who fail to take the final exam will get 0 for the selective course.

2. If less than 10 students are enrolled, the course will be canceled.

3. No fees will be charged for the selective courses.
