To MBBS students who plan to write graduation exam in December 2023,

It’s time to apply for graduation exam, and the procedures are as follows,

Step 1

Scan and send ① the PDF copy of Application Form for Graduation Examinations, ② the PDF copy of internship certificate(s), ③ the PDF copy of internship log book in one Zip file to yxygjb@ujs.edu.cn from November 20 to November 26 (Beijing Time). The Applicants should name the email as the format of “Graduation+Batch + I.D. number”, i.e. the format of “Graduation+2017+510117014X”. Do not send the email repeatedly and do not send the email for other students.

Step 2

① Please make sure that the internship log book and the internship certificate(s) are ready to submit. (It is important because the student’s ID number is on the cover of the internship log book; internship country and period are necessary. Please clearly describe the different stages of the internship in the case of a mixed internship, and applicants are responsible for their statements.)

② Please submit the hard copy of the Application Form for Graduation Examinations, the internship log book and the internship certificate(s) together to the International Education Office (Room 306B, 1^st building, School of Medicine), only between 14:00 and 16:00 November 29 (Beijing Time). (On-site review, if necessary. Please get prepared to respond and do not leave until feedback is received. The separate materials are not accepted.)

Step 3 Announce the list of qualified students before December 1.

Step 4 Pay Graduation Exam and Internship Assessment fees before December 5 (Students who have done internship outside China only).

Step 5 Offline exams around December 5 or 6.
