To MBBS students who plan to write graduation exam in September 2023,

It’s time to apply for graduation exam, the procedures are as follows,

Step 1

(1) For students who did the internship outside China: scan and send ① the PDF copy of Application Form for Graduation Examinations, ② the PDF copy of internship certificate(s), ③ the PDF copy of internship log book in one Zip file to jxwang@ujs.edu.cn from August 28 to August 31 (Beijing Time). The Applicants should name the email as the format of “Graduation+Batch + I.D. number”, i.e. the format of “Graduation+2017+510117014X”. Do not send the email repeatedly and do not send the email for other students.

(2) For students who did the internship in China: Send ① the Application Form for Graduation Examinations, ② the internship log book to Ms.Wang, School of Medicine, Room 306B between 14:00 and 16:00 September 1 (Beijing Time).

Step 2 Announce the list of qualified students before September 5.

Step 3 Pay Graduation Exam and Internship Assessment fees before September 11. (Students who have done internship outside China only)

Step 4 Exams around on September 12.
