Logistics Meeting of International Students Was Successfully Held

    On 26th January, the logistics meeting of international students was held in the meeting room of OEC by OEC and the logistic serving group. The Dean of OEC, Pro. Gao jing, vice Dean Wang Limin, the Assistant Dean, Cui Yong and other representatives attended the meeting. Also, the General manager of the logistic serving group Shen Liangjun, the Vice general Manager Huang Yaocai, the Vice general Manager Fu gang attended the meeting.

    At the beginning, Dean Gao expressed the gratitude to the leaders of the logistics serving group for their presence and their support for OCE. Mr. Shen also extended thanks to OEC for their cooperation and help to logistics services. Until now, the logistics serving for international students has become the highlight of the whole logistic group.

    Later, the meeting participants had a detailed discussion concerning accommodation, international student entertainment center, international canteen and the construction of the International student service center.

    The apartment management has made great progress in the past year, especially the service quality, while there are some improvements remain to be done. For example, some management regulations can’t be applied properly; the dormitory facilities cannot receive maintenance in time and the obstructed information feedback, etc. Mr. Shen said that during the vocation, they will renew some regulations and improve the professionalism of the staff and the management. At the same time, he hopes that OEC can continue to provide some training program for dorm staffs.
