On January 12, seven female students from the Overseas Education College participated in the “Accompanied by Warmth - Sweater Donation Activity” held in Run Peng Hotel of Zhenjiang government. The activity aimed at showing love and care to students and families during the winter season. Many Volunteers participated in knitting wool products and our students learnt some handcraft ,weaving and knitting skills from the experienced Women.It was a colorful and happy event as all participants were actively engaged in different groups. The hand knitted woolen products could be sold to enterprises or individuals and the sale proceeds donated to families and students in need.The Initiative by the Women federation will have a positive impact on our students as they interacted freely and used their skills in a practical way to give comfort to others in this cold winter.
