On the afternoon of October 24th, “Protect Rights , Enjoy Travelling” –The sixth cross-cultural activity of the Jiangsu University was held in the oversea students’ restaurant successfully. This activity was co-sponsored by the Party Committee of JiangSu University, Graduate School of Jiangsu University, Youth League Committee of Jiangsu University, Overseas Education school , the Graduate School of Mechanical Engineering and the Graduate School of Law. This cross-cultural activity aim to provide a stage for chinese and foreign students to show their style, enhance friendship and mutual understanding among students from all over the world, promote communication among culture and cultivate students' cross-cultural literacy.

First, the host elaborated the theme and the content of this activity to the students to conduct the group discussions. Each group discussed how to use laws to protect their rights when their legal rights were harmed by combining their own travel experiences. After the discussion, each group elected a representative to share with others. Their sharing posed a great impact and acceped by the students.

The “Seeing the photos to guess the spots” of the final interactive section bringed this activity to a climax. Everyone expressed their understanding of various attractions in this session.

Through this activity, we provided a platform for the communication exchange between chinese and foreign graduate students by talking about how to defend the travel rights. And it will also help graduate students to understand each other's culture deeply and enhance their legal awareness to create a harmonious atmosphere.
