On February 17, 2019, OECians of Jiangsu University entered a local community of Qilidian Street in Zhenjiang City. Under the guidance of Liu Meiliang, an 82-year-old Flower Lantern artist, they learned to tie up lanterns, experience the folk customs of the Lantern Festival and experience Chinese traditional culture.
