Medicinal diet originated from traditional Chinese diet and Chinese medicine diet culture. Medicinal diet is a kind of food made by matching traditional Chinese medicine with certain medicinal foods under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, culinary science and nutrition. At the same time, it is a delicious food with certain color, fragrance, taste and shape made by our unique diet cooking technology and modern scientific methods. In short, the medicinal diet is a food made by matching the medicinal herbs with the ingredients.

This activity aims to promote the exchange between Chinese and foreign graduate students and develop and spread the culture of traditional Chinese medicine in the way of tasting food and playing games, cultivate Chinese students’ culture confidence in traditional Chinese medicine and promote foreign students to learn more about Chinese medicine.
