On March 8, 2019 falls the Chinese traditional custom "Shaving the Dragon Head" which is the second day of second lunar calendar. Jiangsu University OECians visited a community hall at Runzhou District of Zhenjiang city to experiece the custom of having first hair cut of Chinese Year. They used their skills to make voluntary haircuts for residents and feel local folk customs.
