On the 30th of March, history was made. The first ever sports awards night was held in honor of the diligent sportsmen of Jiangsu University. The JTQ auditorium was graced by the presence of some of the renowned OEC staff members, an august crowd of spectacular sportsmen that looked stunning in their various formal wear and friends and fans to show support. The program started off with introductions and speeches.

After, the award ceremony began. Awards were given for categories such as Best male and female sportsman for the various sports disciplines (football, tennis, cricket, to name a few). The coaches and teams of the various disciplines were also awarded for their hard work, toil and latter victory. Supportive associations were also acknowledge for their presence and support during sports events. This is to show that the love of sports does indeed bring unity in a diverse society!

The ceremony wouldn’t have been complete without the amazing performances by the Diversity club to raise the excitement of the august audience.

The ceremony ended filled with joy and fun. Kudos to our sportsmen. One Team, One Dream!
