Summer "Super Mix" Sports

The ISSA - Summer Super Mix Sports games commenced on August 5th at West Playground and came to a successful conclusion on August 9th. The Summer game was known to be a Classic Sports Event ever which was geared towards social-cultural learning experience among students, serve as an avenue where OECians will have fun, demonstrate & advance their talents in other sporting codes, develop the spirit of cohesion and inventiveness, as well as ensuring the physical and mental health of students during the vacation.

The tournament was made up 5 teams and more than 70 players participated with each team having its number of supporters. Due to the unique nature of the tournament, each and every team leader in the person of Samuel of Supremo F.C, Brighton of Team Svii, Maxwell of Frenz F.C, Rethabile of Team N.C.F and Kingsley of Golden Eagles attached great importance to the selection of exceptional and outstanding players as well as organizing their team members for the event.

However, Team N.C.F appeared to be a tough team with a sense of tactical play which led to their victory as winners whereas Team Svii also exhibited a tactical play in a grand style which made them runner ups at the end of the event.

The purpose of the event was really achieved at the end. In fact, all teams were with much excitement and euphoria to participate in such a classic event and looking forward to participate in such games.
