Summer Soccer Training

Venue: West Playground and

Dates: Every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays during the vacation

Time: 5:00pm - 6:45pm

Attendees: 35 men and women

The International Students' Sports Association (ISSA) executed Male & Female Soccer as well as Athletics training sessions with much enthusiasm as publicized and assured. The various teams observed series of training every morning and evening as per the training schedule throughout the summer vacation.

     暑假期间，海外教育学院留学生足球队不畏酷暑，积极训练。天气炎热，但挡不住对足球的热爱；酷暑难耐，但灭不掉训练的热情。相信经过刻苦的训练，留学生足球队将越来越强！ 

With the motivation of the coaches as well as the commitment of the players, the team trained throughout the holidays upon all the harsh weather condition of rising hot temperature.

Coaches of the Female Soccer Team; Mr. Yusif, Sulley and Chichi facilitated training sessions to aid equip and build the ladies in this regard.

Moreover, in relation to on field physical, tactical and technical requirements, Coaches of the Male Soccer Team; Mr. Yusif and Mr. Ernest Kay also rendered their utmost services by taking players through the training session. The coaches adopted an optimal mix of proprietary sport specific training protocols to maximize both players speed and power, making them much more better ballers on field of play.Coaches of the athletics team; Mr. Kizo and Mr. Otee did their best to re-organize and shape the team based on the current team members for the upcoming Sports Meet. They further individualized programs by designing specifically for athletes to prepare for the upcoming sports meet season and to keep their skills sharp for the upcoming challenge. The training session program really pushed the athletes hard and make them build on their endurance and stamina as well stronger, and more agile than they ever thought possible.

The entire training sessions went a long way to lay a platform where OECians displayed & advance their talents, enhancement of socio-cultural learning experience, develop the spirit of cohesion and inventiveness, as well as ensuring the physical and mental health of students.
