2026–2027 Academic Year Class Monitors Engagement
On September 9, 2026, the OEC CPC Branch Secretary, Ms. Wang Limin, the Vice Dean in Charge of Student Affairs, Mr. Zhi Liangze, and the Monitors Club Patron, Mr. Abdul-Nazif Mahmud, convened a strategic planning meeting with members of the Class Monitors Club to outline operational goals and plan activities for the new academic semester.
Ms. Wang Limin officially welcomed the monitors and congratulated them on their selection to represent their respective classes. She expressed deep appreciation for their dedication to supporting the student body and encouraged them to serve as an effective bridge connecting the OEC, course instructors, and students. Emphasizing the importance of helping students achieve their "China Dream," she shared her own journey from an OEC staff member to her current position, inspiring the monitors to view the OEC as a platform for discovering their potential and realizing their aspirations.

Mr. Zhi Liangze, reinforced the importance of the students focusing on their academic and strict adherence to University rules and regulations. He assured the monitors that his office and the the Student Affairs remain open to all students at all times, and encouraged them to proactively channel their concerns, questions, or inquiries whenever the need arises, to enable the OEC to provide intensive and timely support to the entire student community.

Mr. Abdul led the working session, detailing the core responsibilities of class monitors and outlining semester activities designed to strengthen student community engagement and peer support.
The meeting concluded on a high note, leaving class monitors energized and committed to fostering a culture of academic excellence and active student leadership throughout the academic year.
