The Enterprise Introduction Sessionwas held on the 9th of June 2021 with more than 90 turnout, both online and offline. Three companies’ representatives Mr. Wang Xuefeng, Belt and Road Project Manager, Mr. Long Gang, Director of Human Resources Comprehensive Department and Mr. Yang Zhi from Zhenjiang Longshun Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Wang Qiang, Deputy Manager of Human Resources and Administration Department from Deyuan Group Co., Ltd., Dr Cui, the vice dean of OEC, Ms. Chen Yushan, the vice director of Belt and Road Cooperation Office, graced us with presence.

In view of the current employment situation and employment policy, three representatives Mr. Wang Xuefeng, Mr. Wang Qiang and Mr. Augustine respectively introduced and analyzed in detail about the basic information of three companies, especially their competitive industries, enterprise staff training mode, current development status, development prospects as well as the current positions and requirements. In the interactive part of the session, the students also exchanged with entrepreneurs on their concerned problems, including the talents quality required by the enterprise, development platform and opportunities of the company, etc. Entrepreneurs responded carefully and stressed the importance of "choice" for the students for many times, hoping that students can find the value and goal of self realization, and strive for it.

Entrepreneurs also pointed out that “Belt and Road” Initiative and the construction along the road have brought unlimited opportunities for young people both at home and abroad. Young people should keep pace with the times and achieve their own value through their own efforts, while promoting friendly exchanges and common interests between China and foreign countries. And these three companies are interested in working with JSU students to bring innovation in different industries by providing overseas and domestic offline practical training.
