Entrepreneurship and Career Training Was Held by OEC and Local Government Departments

The China-Africa Relationship Think-Tank (CART) successfully hosted an informative and engaging event for graduating students. This event was warmly welcomed by students as OEC presented the event as a guidance platform to follow various procedures and laws for registering a company and working in China.

The event commenced with an opening remarks by the head of CART Fathiya Mohamed Said, who expressed excitement about the opportunity to bring valuable information to the student body.

Following the opening remarks, Prof. Wu Peng, Dean of Overseas Education College delivered an introductory speech by warmly welcoming the speakers by thanking the efforts of University-Local Government cooperation to service overseas students. He also encouraged students to engage in many such events with practical importance.

The main portion of the event featured presentations from experts affiliated with the government and relevant departments. Three thematic areas were covered: Company registration, Obtaining a work permit and Application procedure for a work permit.

During each presentation session, students interacted with the experts by asking questions for clarification. The educative and interactive nature of the sessions was highly appreciated by the attendees. The program ended with an enlightened and clearer understanding of the processes involved in registering a company in China and applying for a work permit as well.
