An enriched afternoon event was held on October 26th with more than one hundred students listening to the lecture of Professor Fan Wei from the School of Mechanical Engineering. 

The event started with welcoming all students and Professor Fan Wei by the Vice-President of the association Mr. Miguel Ruiz. Professor Fan Wei then continued with a short introduction of herself. Immediately after, she started her lecture in which she enlightened the students presented the importance of maintenance to all kinds of machines and equipment and how to distinguish each one of them. After she concluded her interesting presentation, a short time for Q&A was given to allow students to clear their doubts and deepen their understanding. The event concluded with the President of the association Mr. Zai handing over a small gift from AIES to Professor Fan Wei and getting a big applause from all the attendees.

All AIES executives thank and look forward to seeing the same enthusiasm and support from the student community in future events.
