The competition was organized on April 1 in room 1314 of the OEC building, and it consisted of three hours of challenging bridge design.

The session began with engineering questions and allowed students to connect with one another before separating them into 4 groups. Students from a wide range of disciplines attended the event.

The competition consisted of two parts: multiple choice questions and designing a bridge. Questions were to be answered in less than fifteen minutes. With the bridge design, students were given limited materials to make their bridges and showcase their innovation and team work.

Following the completion of designing, the event concluded with an explanation of bridges design, the areas of focus when designing bridges structure and how to incorporate different engineering majors to one project.
