On October 13, in order to welcome the convening of the 20th CPC National Congress and encourage Chinese and international students of JSU to learn Chinese culture, promote Chinese values and Chinese wisdom from a multicultural perspective, OEC and the School of Law jointly held an interview to select applicants to the activity of Understanding China in Stories -Joint Reading Class for Chinese and Foreign Students.

Leaders from the Publicity Department, International Office, OEC and School of Law were interviewers.More than 40 students from China, Thailand, Bangladesh, Morocco, Zambia, Mexico other countries participated in the interview. From their understanding of the activity and their own learning and life experiences, they delivered wonderful performances. They believed that the activity is a precious opportunity to increase their knowledge, broaden their vision and develop an international perspective. In this activity, Chinese and international students will study Chinese stories together with the book China in the Stories published by the School of Law as main textbook. Later, the Chinese and international students selected through the interview will carry out a series of reading and study activities and make final presentations, which will decide the final winners of this activity.
