In continuance to divulge an in-depth information with regards to China Education Opportunities as well as deliver quality International education and promote the Faculty and Disciplines in Jiangsu University, the Overseas Education College convened this distictive online virtual event on 28 April 2022. Hosted by OEC Admissions Team, Prof. Gao Jing, Prof. Wang Changda, Prof. Cui Yong and other admission staff from different colleges attended this webinar, with media coverage by Olive Media.

This edition of the virtual event focused on lab touring, robot controlling, and featured disciplines available to prospective international students, specifically the following thematic areas were expounded upon: JSU video, Dean’s message, Introduction to JSU, Bachelor Programs: Economics & Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineerinig, Food, Chemistry & Pharmacy, Computer Science & Technology, JSU Master Programs, JSU master and doctoral programs, Life at JSU and Q&A session.

Each of the presenters elaborated on the unique benefits of their majors, programs, expert faculty, research directions, scholarly support for international students, and achievements of International students and faculty in their respective schools. At the end of each presentation, participants took turns to interact with the presenters and get direct answers to their inquiries.

The virtual event also provided opportunities for other prospective students to listen and get firsthand knowledge of their proposed area of postgraduate studies as the admissions team of the Overseas Education College facilitated and moderated the interactive and informative webinar.

The response and interactions of the participants established that the webinar which lasted for one hour with over one hundred and twenty members was very much treasured as well as that, there is a pressing need for international students to apply to study in Jiangsu University.
