工程管理（智能建造与管理）

本科项目

Based on the demand of global infrastructure construction and economic development, to cultivate leading talents with lifelong learning, innovation ability and international vision who master the relevant basic theory and professional knowledge of civil engineering, engineering management, mechanical engineering, electronic information science and engineering, control science and engineering, computer science and engineering and other subjects, possess good social responsibility and professional ethics, have a high level of organization, communication and teamwork skills. After graduation 5-10 years, through further study in well-known universities or practice in well-known enterprises (organizations) at home and abroad,

graduates who maintain sustained self-learning and vocational training, should be adequate for intelligent construction and related fields, such as plan and design, manufacture and construction, operation and maintenance, science and education and so on, with the potential of cross-border development in system development, finance and insurance, social services and management.

学术要求

Academic Requirement: High School Degree Score Requirement: Above 70% or B or equivalent

HSK Requirement: No English Requirement: IELTS: 6; TOEFL: 70 or other equivalent
毕业要求

Students are allowed to graduate after successfully completing the requirements stipulated in the curriculum, and the score for Chinese Language Proficiency Test Ⅳ(HSK 4) is no less than 180. The university shall issue a certificate of graduation. The examination of the graduation qualification shall be based on the student’s curriculum after enrolment.

Students who are qualified to graduate and meet the following condition shall be granted a Bachelor's Degree: if GPA is higher than 1.80.
费用结构

Following expenses are for first year only
     Application Fees: 200 CNY
     Registration Fees: 400 CNY
     Physical Examination: 550 CNY (to be paid to Entry-Exit Inspection undefinedamp; Quarantine Bureau)

Annual Expenses from first year to last year
     Scholarship: 10,000 CNY on first year tuition
     Accommodation: 4,500 to 4,900 per person per academic year (Double-room)
     Medical Insurance Fee: 600 CNY/ year (to be paid to the life insurance company)

     Resident Permit: 400 CNY (to be paid to Public Security Bureau by candidate)

     Books: Flexible, about 600 CNY/year
     Living expenses: Approximately 1,000 CNY/month (Depends on your personal budget)
